KUALA LUMPUR – The Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has never appointed any individual or agent to collect the house rent and bills of the public housing project (PA) and the people’s housing project (PPR) under the city council.
Therefore, tenants are urged to lodge complaint to the DBKL at adu@kl if they find anyone offering the collection service.
“DBKL will not be responsible on the failure in receiving rent / bills payment made through any other individual / agent / company,” it said.
It added, all water bills and rental of PA and PPR need to be paid at the DBKL payment counter or online via JomPAY, internet or mobile banking.
Tenants may also refer to the operation hour of the DBKL Counters at its website, www.dbkl.gov.my. – MalaysiaGazette
