Apology by MalaysiaGazette to the Receiver and Manager of Tanjung Rhu Land Sdn Bhd and Reka Intisari Sdn Bhd and Retraction of News Articles
MalaysiaGazette refers to the following articles published on the MalaysiaGazette website:
1. “DSAT ambil semula semua kepentingan Tanjung Rhu Land milik Tajudin Ramli” on 19 May 2023; and
2. “DSAT musykil ada pihak dakwa sudah miliki Tanjung Rhu Land” on 22 May 2023.
MalaysiaGazette discovered that the quotations referred to in the Articles are unfounded which may have caused embarassment to the Receiver and Manager of Tanjung Rhu Land Sdn Bhd and Reka Intisari Sdn Bhd.
MalaysiaGazette hereby publicly and unreservedly apologizes to the Receiver and Manager of Tanjung Rhu Land Sdn Bhd and Reka Intisari Sdn Bhd for publishing the abovesaid articles and hereby retracts the same and their contents entirely.
