Fuel prices increase this week

KUALA LUMPUR – The fuel prices for the period of 21 until 27 December 2017 will see an increase between 2 and 3 sen per litre.

Effective of this midnight, the RON95 will be retailed at RM2.27 per litre, up two sen from RM2.25 per litre last week.

RON 97 will be sold at RM2.54 per litre, up two sen from RM2.52 per litre last week.

Meanwhile, the price of diesel sees an increment of 3 sen per litre. It will be retailed at RM2.23 per litre compared to RM2.20 per litre last week.

The weekly fuel pricing mechanism came in force since 29 March this year. The Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism will make announcement on new fuel pricing every Wednesday evening. – MalaysiaGazette
