KUALA LUMPUR – The Deputy President of PKR Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, lashed out at his President, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s statement which urged the minister to go on leave and resign from the government and party.

The Minister of Economics Affair said firmly that Anwar should have look at himself in the mirror before passing that comment about the lewd video which implicated him last month.

“Read my lips, ask him to look at himself in the mirror first,” he said briefly before leaving the Dewan Rakyat.

“Ask Anwar to be introspective, look at himself in the mirror first,” he responded to Anwar for asking him to release himself from all positions following the ongoing investigation on the gay sex video which allegedly involved him and the former PKR Santubong Youth Chief, Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz.

Earlier several PKR leaders such as PKR Central Committee Member Datuk Abdullah Sani Abdul Hamid and PKR Communications Chief Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin urged Azmin to go on leave to allow the investigation to run independently. -MalaysiaGazette
