KUALA LUMPUR – The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) strongly deny the allegations that the PKR Perak Chairman, Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak was not given food for 24 hours when he was held in remand.

Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador said that the accusation is baseless and the police did not do such things.

“That is a wrong allegation. I strongly reject that,” he said when met after his work visit to the Ministry of Defence today.

Yesterday, Farhash, along with another man were being remanded for four days tp assist in the investigation of the viral gay sex video involving the Santubong PKR Youth Chief Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz and another man alleged to be the Minister of Economic Affairs, Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali.

When asked about the authenticity of the lewd video, Abdul Hamid however said that the police will issue an official statement on the matter.

“I will issue an official statement on that matter soon,” he added. -MalaysiaGazette
