KUALA LUMPUR – The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) had received the green light from the Attorney-General to proceed with the prosecution of former Chief Executive Officer of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Datuk Zahrah Abd. Wahab Fenner over several corruption cases at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court.
According to a statement by the MACC, Zahrah’s son, Abdulazeez Wan Ruslan will also be charged on the similar case.
“They have been summoned today at the Headquarters of MACC in Putrajaya at 2.00 pm to complete the final investigations and the prosecution,” said the statement. -MalaysiaGazette
