KUALA LUMPUR – The Attorney-General’s Chamber will not press charge on any individual in the gay sex video implicating a minister lookalike and Haziq Aziz.

The decision was made as they are unable to identify the individual involved in the video clips which went viral in June last year.

Attorney-General Tommy Thomas said, after checking all statements compiled and presented to the police, the deputy public prosecutors unanimously suggested to him that no charges will be made on the case.

“I accepted the suggestion and decided not to prosecute anyone. In line with our usual practice, the investigation can be reopened when we receive new statements,” he said in a statement today. -MalaysiaGazette
