KUALA LUMPUR – Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) had proposed its President, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as the eight Prime Minister (PM) of Malaysia, said its Secretary-General, Datuk Marzuki Yahya.
Muhyiddin’s name would be submitted for the approval of Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.
The matter was decided by the Members of Parliament (MPs) of Bersatu in a meeting attended by 36 MPs.
The former Chairman of Bersatu, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad also attended the meeting. – MalaysiaGazette
