PUTRAJAYA – The President of Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has clocked in as the eight Prime Minister of Malaysia today.

He entered the Perdana Putra at 7.55 am, looking sharp in dark blue suit.

The Member of Parliament of Pagoh was seen waving and smiling to the media practitioners as he walked into the Perdana Putra in Putrajaya.

The Prime Minister from the Perikatan Nasional coalition then entered his office and scanned his time recorder card at 7.58 am before he officially began his duty as the new Prime Minister.

Also present was the Senior Deputy Secretary-General of the Prime Minister’s Department, Datuk Mohd Sallehuddin Hassan.

Muhyiddin will be having a meeting with the Chief Secretary of the Government, Datuk Seri Mohd Zuki Ali at 9.00 am this morning.

He would then go back to his constituency in Pagoh, Johor before returning to Putrajaya for a meeting with the Inspector-General, Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador followed by the General of Malaysian Armed Forces, General Tan Sri Affendi Buang at his office. -MalaysiaGazette
