KUALA LUMPUR – Another Covid-19 death was recorded in Malaysia. The patient was a 35 year-old Malaysian who passed away at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital at 9.30pm last night.

The victim was the 1056th case who had travel history to Indonesia earlier this month. He was admitted to the HKL on 18 March after having symptoms for five days.

“His Covid-19 screening result came positive on 20 March 2020. His health deteriorated daily and he was pronounced dead on 26 March 2020 at 9.30 pm.

“MOH extends our condolence to the family of the patient,” said the Director-General of Health Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah in his Facebook post today. -MalaysiaGazette
