KUALA LUMPUR – Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has returned to his office today after completing the mandatory 14-day quarantine which began on 22 May after one of the officer who attended the post-cabinet meeting at the Prime Minister’s Office was tested positive of Covid-19.
Throughout that period, the Prime Minister has been carrying his official duties from home.
On Tuesday, 2 June, Muhyiddin went for another Covid-19 screening and was tested negative.
Today, he kicked started his duty by having an audience with Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Sultan Ahmad Shah on the pre-Cabinet session through a video conference.

He then chaired the Cabinet meeting through a video conference where the Cabinet ministers were seated in two separate conference rooms at the Perdana Putra.
