PUTRAJAYA – The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced the addition of 15 new Covid-19 cases in the country, turning the cumulative cases in Malaysia to 8,815 cases.

According to the Director-General of Health Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, four of the cases were imported, involving three citizens and one non-citizen permitted to enter the country for work.

Meanwhile, 11 new cases were local infections. The current active Covid-19 cases in the country is 130.

He also said that only four Covid-19 positive cases are being treated at the Intensive Care Unit and one required respiratory support.

However, Noor Hisham said that there was no Covid-19 death today. – MalaysiaGazette
