KOTA KINABALU – Nine promises listed under the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS)’s election manifesto showed the commitment of all parties in the coalition to uplift the standard of living of the people in that state.

Prime Minister cum the Chairman of Perikatan Nasional (PN) Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said, the main focus of the coalition is to restore the economics of the people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Sabah, like other states still need help and support from the state or federal government. Therefore, today, we launch this manifesto which shows the total commitment from all parties in GRS.

“This is to list the status of the people in Sabah to a higher standard, especially while facing the Covid-1 pandemic.

“This is not a common commitment but an exceptional commitment,” he said while launching the Gagasan Rakyat Sabah’s Election Manifesto at The Magellan Sutera Harbour today.

The GRS Manifesto for the Sabah State Election will focus on nine core matters themed Sayangi Sabah.

Elaborating further, Muhyiddin said that to solve issues and help the people, the relationship between the state and federal government must be great to enable the implementation of manifesto.

He also stated his readiness in considering adding aids to the people if the GRS is chosen as the state government. -MalaysiaGazette
