KUALA LUMPUR – Allahyarham Dr Ali Noor Hassan was admitted to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital since early December 2020 due to other health issues.

He also went for several treatment sessions, said the Director-General of Health, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

He said, Dr Ali Noor is negative of Covid-19 and he passed away late night on 18 January.

Following that, Dr Noor Hisham urged the public not to make speculations on the death of Dr Ali Noor in respect for the deceased and his family.

Dr Noor Hisham also commented on the viral posts in the social media, alleging Dr Ali’s death was related to fatigue for fighting Covid-19.

“Let us come together in prayers, in remembrance of the late Dr Ali Noor.

“May his soul be blessed. Al-Fatihah,” Dr Noor Hisham said, extending his condolence to the family of Dr Ali.

According to him, Dr Ali was a Medical Officer at the Ministry of Health (MOH). He was a very pleasant man and loved by his colleagues, patients and local community. –MalaysiaGazette
