PUTRAJAYA – Healthcare Work Culture Improvement Task Force (HWCITF) will listen to the opinion from all parties and provide an independent report.

Minister of Health, Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar said that the team comprises of experts and they will provide a report on the case without prejudice.

Therefore, there is no issue on the allegations that the task force is not inclusive.

“This task force will hear all opinion, I appointed external experts, from external hospitals, from those not working in the field because we want an independent report,” he told the journalists during the Ministry of Health (MOH) Aidilfitri Celebration today.

According to Khairy, the independent opinion and report on the healthcare service work culture became an issue as no houseman was appointed to the team.

“I set up an independent team so that there is no prejudice opinion in the committee. Therefore, there is no houseman in the committee although there are doctors. We want this team to be independent,” he added.
