KUALA LUMPUR – Independent Islamic Preacher, Ustaz Firdaus Wong Wai Hung shared a video clip of an individual performing the sumpah laknat via his Telegram channel today.
The 46 seconds video footage showed a man confessing that he is the brother of the sexual assault victim involving a popular preacher.
“After my conversation with the victim and her family members via Google Meet for almost two hours two days ago, the family members of the victim was very supportive and requested me to share their sumpah laknat video.
“This sumpah laknat video (mubahalah) is from the victim’s brother, as the witness to prove that his sister received the lewd messages and video calls that caused her to feel depressed, stressed and even tried to kill herself,” he wrote.
The sumpah laknat is an oath made according to syariah principles and in the name of Allah, where the confessor calls upon God to punish him if he has told a lie.
He, who is also the Founder and President of Multiracial Reverted Muslims (MRM) said that the time will come for them to present themselves to the public to state the truth.
“At this moment, they will conceal their name and faces. This is the model family that supports the jihad of their family members who received those despicable messages,” he said.
Earlier, Firdaus Wong also uploaded a content, stating that the family of the victim and several individuals involved have contacted him and motivated him.
“Some of them called me brother, and wanted me to continue being strong for them. They said; When we see you strong, we become strong again.
“We pity you for being reprimanded everyday for trying to get us justice. We read those comments and we felt like replying them but we remember your words for us to remain patient,” he wrote.
Yesterday, Firdaus Wong, through his Facebook, uploaded a post and stated that something huge is about to happen in a day or two. -MalaysiaGazette
