KUALA LUMPUR – 12,735 Covid-19 case were recorded today, shifting the cumulative cases in the country to 2,245,695.
According to the Director-General of Health Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, Sarawak is still the largest contributor of the Covid-19 cases in Malaysia by recording 2,487 cases, followed by Selangor with 1,940. Meanwhile, Johor recorded 1,241 cases.
Besides that, Kelantan recorded 1,232 cases, Kedah (1,033), Sabah (993) and Perak (913).
“Penang (763), Terengganu (726), Pahang (697), Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (258), Melaka (194), Negeri Sembilan (132), Perlis (97), Putrajaya (28) meanwhile, Federal Territory of Labuan only recorded one case,” he said. – MalaysiaGazette
