KUALA LUMPUR – The new leaders in Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) who are still fresh and do not understand politics should just keep quiet than to show excitement over UMNO’s internal issues.

UMNO’s Supreme Council Member, Tan Sri Annuar Musa said that it is unnecessary for those leaders to insist UMNO reveal the content of its meeting in Janda Baik, Pahang last Friday.

“Some PPBM Supreme Council Members requested UMNO to announce its official UMNO Supreme Council decision at Janda Baik several days ago.

“I think that it is unnecessary for PPBM to be over excited on UMNO’s internal issues, especially those who are new. They don’t understand UMNO’s politics yet. It is better for them to shut up.

“UMNO Supreme Council has its own wisdom. It has tradition and experience through various political situations. I believe that is happening right now,” he said in his social media post today.

Yesterday, the PPBM Supreme Council Member, Dr. Muhammad Faiz Na’aman said that UMNO needs to reveal the official decision of the party’s Supreme Council Meeting held last Friday.

He said, it is vital for them to plan if they should be having joint-campaign or separate campaign in the coming general election.

According to Annuar, the quiet meeting in the hill (Janda Baik) brought woes to many people, especially among its own party members.

However, he said that the deafening silence from UMNO could be heard everywhere despite having no official statement.

“Give UMNO some space to handle its own problem. UMNO is able to find its solution.

“No one can veto in UMNO as UMNO belongs to its members. Its members would determine it… patience,” he said. –MalaysiaGazette
