PETALING JAYA – The intention of a man to go jogging ended with tragedy after a driver and lorry attendant who were drunk sodomised him eight times.
The unfortunate incident which happened to the 20 year-old man was reported to take place at 7.00 pm last Saturday.
Petaling Jaya District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said that the victim who works as a waiter at a mall in Damansara bumped into the two suspects who were drinking alcohol.
He said, the suspects then asked the men several questions, before pulling his hand and forced him to be a pillion rider to one of the suspect’s motorcycle and he was then brought to a house in Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara in Damansara.
“The victim tried to fight but failed. He confessed that the two suspects took turns to sodomise him eight times. He was also forced to perform oral sex,” he said today.
According to Nik Ezanee, the victim was then sent to an area near his house by the suspects and he is not being treated at the University of Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) for further medical examination.
He said, the two suspects aged 31 and 36 have been arrested a day after the incident.
“Investigations found that the 36 years-old suspect has two criminal records, meanwhile the other suspect does not have any criminal record.
“The two suspects are remanded for seven days until 28 February for further investigation,” he said.
The case is investigated under Section 377C, 377A and 354 of the Penal Code for carnal intercourse against the order of nature without consent.
Upon conviction, the suspects may be imprisoned between five to 20 years and whipped. –MalaysiaGazette
