KUALA LUMPUR – Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi welcomed a delegation representing the Consortium of Advance Pact (AP), Eastwood Park Training UK, National Integrated College, KKTM Ledang, UniKL, and MARA to his office.
The approximately one-hour meeting in Putrajaya was attended by the Managing Director of AP, Shamsulbahrin Ludin and Consortium Coordinator Datuk Sri Norol Azali Sulaiman.
The discussion focused on the proposal to develop a TVET University through a strategic collaboration involving Advance Pact, Eastwood Park Training UK, National Integrated College, KKTM Ledang, UniKL, and MARA.
This initiative aims to introduce TVET education programmes through micro-credentials, specialising in Healthcare Engineering, in line with Malaysia’s aspiration to produce a highly skilled workforce in critical sectors.
“May today’s discussions yield positive outcomes for the advancement of education and the well-being of the people. Insya-Allah,” said the Deputy Prime Minister in a Facebook post yesterday. -MalaysiaGazette
