The Court of Appeal granted the appeal of Sam Ke Ting against the Johor Bharu High Court’s decision on 13 April, who sentenced her to 6 years in prison and RM6,000 find for reckless driving which caused the death of eight teenage joyriders five years ago.
Sam Ke Ting released on RM10,000 bail
Clerk, Sam Ke Ting, who was sentenced to six years in prison and RM6,000 fine after the High Court found her guilty of reckless driving thus causing the death of eight teenage joyriders on basikal lajak has been freed on RM10,000 bail and a surety today.
