KUALA LUMPUR – The daily Covid-19 infection in Malaysia has increased drastically to 7,234 cases today, compared to the 5,000 cases range yesterday.

According to the Director-General of Health, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, with the new number of cases, the cumulative Covid-19 cases in the country has reached 2,895,014 cases.

For the record, 5,720 cases were reported yesterday and the number of new cases exceeded the number of recoveries with 3,968 cases. -MalaysiaGazette
