JOHOR BAHRU – Minister of Health, Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar stole the attention of netizens after he tried to persuade the people of Kelantan to take their Covid-19 booster dose in the Kelantanese dialect.
In a Tweet, Khairy said that the booster dose intake of that state is the lowest in the country.
“Loloni Kelate paling rendah skali ambik booster, ambo rusing, ICU sana koho penuh. Ambo mitok sangat puok kita di Kelate pakat cocok vaksin & booster,” he Tweeted.

According to the data from COVIDNOW, as of 27 February, Kelantan has administered a total of 2,298,896 doses of vaccine, however, only 281,219 individuals have received their booster shot.
Besides that, the state also recorded 94 percent of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) bed utilisation, meanwhile, it has exceeded 100 percent of the non-ICU hospital bed utilisation. -MalaysiaGazette
