KUALA LUMPUR – The daily Covid-19 positive cases has exceeded 8,000 cases today with 8,868 cases.

The chart from the Ministry of Health (MOH) shows that Selangor remains as the biggest contributor of the Covid-19 cases in the country with 4,152 cases today.

Yesterday, the state recorded 3,360 cases.

The additional new cases has shifted the cumulative Covid-19 positive cases in the country to 808,658 cases.

Kuala Lumpur came second after Selangor with 1,133 cases, Negeri Sembilan (897), Perak (543), Kedah (360), Johor (336) and Sarawak (281).

This is followed by Sabah (279), Penang (237), Melaka (182), Pahang (152), Kelantan (135), Terengganu (68), Labuan (64) Putrajaya (47) while Perlis only recorded one case. –MalaysiaGazette
