KUALA LUMPUR – “The resignation is a  collective responsibility, not collective guilt,” said the Minister at Prime Minister’s Department, Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan in a Tweet.

The Tweet is believed to be referring to the Perikatan Nasional cabinet’s resignation today.

Besides the Member of Parliament (MP) of Kota Bharu, Senior Minister of Foreign Affairs (Security Cluster), Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein also made a similar post.

“It has been an honour and a privilege to serve our beloved country and her people. May Allah SWT bless us all,” he Twitted.

Earlier, the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar also verified that the Perikatan Nasional Cabinet has relinquished their positions and have informed the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah on their resignation. – MalaysiaGazette
