KUALA LUMPUR – 22,642 new Covid-19 cases have been added to the statistics today with Selangor maintaining its lead with 6,325 cases.

The daily cases increased by 1,805 cases compared to 20,837 cases yesterday.

The increment shifted the cumulative Covid-19 cases in the country to 1,616,244 cases.

Director-General of Health, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said, Selangor saw an increment of 1,680 cases from its 4,645 cases yesterday.

The breakdown of Covid-19 cases according to the states are:
