GEORGE TOWN – “Stop condemning and shaming my brother and our family. This time, we will take legal action against anyone who takes the opportunity by implicating Private Adam,” the sister of Private Adam, 57 who was reported to have died due to lungs infection at the Penang Hospital yesterday warned.

Hawa Jaafar, 56, said that there have been a lot of shaming and accusations thrown to her eldest brother by certain quarters for their personal benefit, without thinking of the consequences borne by the family.

According to her, they had to hid the death of her brother from the public until after the funeral as they were afraid that he would be made a material for criticism by the netizens who used him for the benefit of certain individuals.

“I do not want to comment on what has been happening before this. It’s enough. We have been suffering the slanders as a family for 33 years and now, Private Adam is no longer with us. I hope that the stories implicating him will stop.

“Only our family knows the real thing about my late brother and please do not trust anyone else, other than his real siblings.

“Private Adam was still around in the past. We have lost him now. So, please give us some space to live peacefully. Stop condemning,” she said when met by MalaysiaGazette today.

According to Hawa, her brother is no longer here for anyone to apologise for slandering him.

“It is enough for all the shaming and condemnation towards Adam, who has now returned to his Creator.

“I hope that the public can pray for him and do not give negative comments which will break our hearts for we have just lost our loved one,” said Hawa.
