KUALA LUMPUR – The Ministry of Health (MOH) reported 7,703 new Covid-19 positive cases compared to 7,105 cases yesterday.
The increment shifted the total Covid-19 tally in the country to 587,165 cases, said the Director-General of Health Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
As of today, Selangor remained as the biggest contributor to the daily infections with 2,728 cases compared to 2,068 cases yesterday.
This is followed by Kuala Lumpur (701), Sarawak (588), Negeri Sembilan (586), Johor (554), Kelantan (541), Penang (407), Kedah (283), Sabah (254), Pahang (237), Perak (224), Terengganu (224), Melaka (209), Labuan (159), Perlis (7) and Putrajaya (1), he said in a Facebook post.
According to Noor Hisham, all states nationwide recorded increment of cases today and Putrajaya recorded the lowest number of case with only one case. –MalaysiaGazette
