BUTTERWORTH – A garbage truck driver was brought to the Sessions Court today over four counts of charges, including, having unnatural sex and raping a Myanmar foreign worker on 12 October.
The accused, Zul Mazuan Zul Hilman @ Suresh Kumar, 25, however pleaded not guilty to all charges before Judge Noor Aini Yusof.
On the first count of charge, Zul Mazuan was charged with inserting his penis into the woman’s mouth at a house at Tingkat Kikik 2, Taman Inderawasih, Perai on 12 October, 4.00 am.
On the second and third count of charges, the accused was charged with robbing RM200 off the victim and raping the woman by placing a knife at her neck on the same date, time and place.
She was charged with committing the offences under Section 377B, Section 392/397 and Section 376 (2)(b) of the Penal Code.

Meanwhile, on the fourth county of charge, he was charged with robbing a local woman RM200 on 9 October, 5.15 am at Medan Kikik 1, Taman Inderawasih. The charge was framed under Section 392 of the Penal Code.
Noor Aini then fixed bail at RM50,000 with a surety for all four counts of charges. He was also ordered not to disrupt or go near the victims and all prosecution witnesses until the case is resolved.
The court then fixed 29 November for the mention of case.
Last Wednesday, MalaysiaGazette reported that a garbage truck driver was arrested on 12 October for the suspicions of being involved in at least five cases of rape-robbery cases around Seberang Perai Tengah for the past few months.
The 25-year-old suspect would spy on the hostel of factory workers before breaking in the following day to rape and rob his victim. -MalaysiaGazette
