KUALA LUMPUR – The Communications Director of PKR, Fahmi Fadzil rubbished claims that the Chairman of the party Advisory Board, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail was infected by Covid-19.
Fahmi said, Wan Azizah was only not feeling well and she could not officiate the Lembah Pantai PKR Annual General Assembly yesterday.
“Kak Wan was not feeling well yesterday and she had to rest, thus, she could not officiate the Lembah Pantai PKR Annual General General Assembly. Therefore, the Secretary-General of PKR, Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail replaced her at the last minute.
“Today, Kak Wan did a Covid-19 self-test and alhamdullilah, she is negative,” he said in a statement today.
Yesterday, Wan Azizah was reported to be Covid-19 and could not officiate the meeting at Connexion (CCEC), Nexus Bangsar South. -MalaysiaGazette
