KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysia continued to record new Covid-19 deaths after the country reported nine Covid-19 deaths yesterday.

The figure included four cases of brought-in-dead, said the Ministry of Health.

The new addition increased the cumulative Covid-19 death to 32,065 cases.

As of last midnight, Perak and Sabah recorded two deaths, meanwhile, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Kedah and Pahang recorded one death respectively.

The number of active cases has increased to 94,515 cases and 147 cases were under treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Meanwhile, 79 patients required respiratory support. -MalaysiaGazette
